The Meem Furnishing Ltd Terms

1. Delivery

We offer delivery for our products within a certain radius of our Bury showroom. Delivery fees, schedules, and availability will be confirmed at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including traffic, weather, or third-party delivery services.

2. Mattress Replacement

For mattresses purchased at our showroom, we offer one replacement within one year of the purchase date. Replacement requests must be made in-store and will be assessed according to product condition and purchase records.

3. Refunds

The Meem Furnishing Ltd does not offer general refunds. Refunds may only be considered if explicitly agreed upon in-store and documented between the customer and the store. All agreed refunds will follow the specific terms discussed at the time of the agreement.

4. Product Information

While we strive to ensure accurate product descriptions, colors, and dimensions, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes or digital display differences. Customers are encouraged to visit the showroom to view products in person.

5. Liability

The Meem Furnishing Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, except where required by law.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Customers are encouraged to review the terms regularly.
